1. What services will NIDA provide?

The Norton Industrial Development Authority (NIDA) and its representatives will provide the following level of service:

Confidentiality - Confidentiality is extremely important to any economic development project. We are committed to our prospects and fully understand and respect the need of confidentiality.
Information Services - NIDA and its representatives will provide timely and accurate information.
Liaison Services - NIDA and its representatives will act as an independent liaison between any prospect and local property owners or other organization to confidentially gather information on behalf of the project.
