Locust Avenue Park, a small community park is located on the south side of Norton, one block off Kentucky Avenue, This small pocket park has a shelter, playground equipment and a half court for basketball.

This park was recently renovated and sports a new swing set and shelter and benches, picnic tables and trash containers were also added.

The no fee shelter at Locust Avenue is available for rent, May though October.
