The City of
Norton Treasurer, Barbara Muir, is an elected
Constitutional Officer responsible for the
collection of all taxes, licenses, fees and
receipt of all other City revenues and
collections. The position of Treasurer is also
responsible for all state fiduciary income and
state estimated income.
